A Private View for Henry
Year 10 student Henry Green was fortunate enough to visit Uganda last summer as part of the Queen Elizabeth National Park Project - a cultural exchange for park rangers and primary schools in the Queen Elizabeth Country Park and local area.
Henry is studying GCSE Photography, so this was the perfect opportunity to shoot astonishing landscapes, close-ups of wild animals and vibrant and sometimes disturbing urban life.
The results are truly outstanding. As a result, Henry is holding an exhibition of his work at the Studio@TPS on Wednesday 15 February from 7.00pm to 9.00pm and on Saturday 18 February from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Henry hopes to return to Uganda in two years’ time to further develop his photographic skills and experience. The trip has also whetted his appetite for travelling to other countries to record their landscape, people and culture.
