Nearly 60 students at The Petersfield School were up with the lark for the new early morning Fitness Club this week.
Starting at 7.15am, the students were put through their paces in the gym in the Whitehouse Workout and Clewley’s Killer Crunch, run by PE teachers Alistair Whitehouse and Alastair Clewley. There was time for a shower and breakfast afterwards: cereal or porridge and beans on toast or scrambled egg.
The club will run every Wednesday morning and costs just £1.50 including breakfast.
Head of Department, Alastair Clewley said, "We were delighted by the large response and look forward to welcoming even more students next week to come and get their brain fit for the day!”
