Students go nuts in Nutting!

TPS’s latest drama production – "Nutting!” – is a new comedy by Stephen Morley which consists of three short plays centred on the fictitious town of Nutting and its peculiar and very different residents.

Last week in the Studio, students from years 8, 9 and 10 performed over 3 nights in highly original and eccentric pieces on a minimalist set wearing monochrome costumes, which were simple yet effective.

The three plays - "The Witch of Nutting”, "The Guru of Nutting” and "The Nutting Olympics” featured a talented cast of students who displayed great enthusiasm and fine comedy timing.

Kit Curtis-Raleigh, Head of Drama, said, "The show was something really different for us. It combined three plays in one evening and since so many of the show’s stars are students who’ve never been in a school production before, it really added something special. Well done to everyone involved.”
