Last Friday we had the pleasure of presenting 70 students from Year 10 with their Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award certificates.
Head of Outdoor Education, Rob Newton, said, “This is the culmination of two years of hard work for these students who have committed to improve in a skill and their physical ability, helping out in our local communities through their volunteering and of course their expeditions. Hopefully, many of them will choose to continue with the Award scheme by completing their Gold Award at College.”
