The BET Cup encompasses different sporting competitions throughout the academic year between the 9 secondary schools in the Bohunt Education Trust (BET) family of over 12,000 students.
It concluded with the BET Athletics competition where TPS came into the event with a 1 point lead over Steyning and a 3 point lead over Wokingham. At the half way point in the day, the BET Cup was in the balance; however TPS stood strong and sealed the BET Cup and BET Cup Athletics victory in the girls 4x200m in the second to last race of the day.
TPS ended up with a total of 45 points, 4 points clear at the top of the table with Steyning and Wokingham finishing in joint second place.
This is the first time that TPS has lifted this trophy, and we wish our Year 7s the best of luck next year as they try to retain it!
