Former student George Gilliatt had always loved Lego, and managed to land his dream job – as a designer for the legendary brand. Not only that, but his first product is proving to be a bestseller!
George explains, “Through studying Design Technology I discovered that designing products was my passion. I went on to study Product Design at University, where I managed to secure an internship working at Lego in Denmark. After graduating, Lego hired me back as a full-time Designer, and my first product – 31111 Cyber Drone – has just launched worldwide! I am very proud of everything I have achieved in the seven years since I left TPS!”
