Year 7 Joe Tully has been fundraising for disadvantaged families for some years, and was deservedly recognised at the last Petersfield Awards Evening where he won the Young Achiever Award for the second year running.
Joe’s latest efforts have involved buying Easter eggs, Easter cakes and other goodies using some of the funds from selling toys and books outside his house, and supplying the Food Bank and Free Shop Friday.
Joe said, “I will continue to use the funds I raise to buy more items for the Food Bank.”
Joe is also a keen actor, who recently landed the role of Graham in Petersfield Theatre Group’s “Made In Dagenham”, which will be at the Festival Hall next month.
