Last night, the TPS Art department were delighted to welcome back and celebrate with the Visual Arts class of 2023. Cllr J C Crissey, the Mayor of Petersfield, joined the students to see an impressive range of art and photography.
This was the first year since the Covid pandemic that students were set the challenge of completing two full and extensive units of work, and it was fantastic to see all of the work together and how well they had met the challenge.
The work on display was diverse and original, a testament to the creativity and free thinking maturity of our students. GCSE results this year were also fantastic and well deserved owing to all of the hard work.
Head of Art, Gary Leeson said, “We are so proud of all of our students and wish them well with the next stage of their studies.”
