Recently, our Year 7 judging panel attended the BET Book Award 2024 Author Event at Bohunt Horsham.
The students had read five shortlisted books throughout the Spring term, voting for their favourite in April. They were thrilled to have the opportunity to meet S J Wills, author of the winning book Bite Risk.
Sophie gave an interesting, engaging and inspiring presentation with lots of audience participation, and we are all looking forward to reading the sequel and future stories by her! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with their fellow student judges from Bohunt Horsham, Liphook, Worthing, Steyning Grammar Rock Road and Steyning Grammar The Towers.
