At Hampshire Schools Athletics Association’s Cross Country Championships last week, a select number of TPS students represented South East Hants district at Down Grange Sport Complex in Basingstoke.
It was an extremely strong crowd, with all the various districts’ best runners battling for positions in the top 16 out of more than 50 runners.
Competing in freezing conditions, the TPS students did themselves extremely proud with their efforts, and a number of our students qualified for the next round of races.
Amongst our team we had Isla W who placed an incredible 12th in the U13 Girls race, whilst in the U13 boys races Justin K placed 6th and Toby B comfortably topped the group in first place!
