Jennifer Crang, a Year 8 student, has played hockey for Havant since she was in Year 5.
Last year she was one of just five selected for training with the Hampshire Development Centre coaching programme in Portsmouth, and she is continuing with them this year.
Jennifer plays attack, and last year she scored 3 goals in one match.
She said, “I really enjoy hockey and although I don’t yet know what I want to do as a career in the future, it’s a great sporting hobby and past time.”
