Year 11 student Lois Lezdkan has achieved a double whammy – Bedales School has awarded her a music scholarship and a very generous reduction in fees as a bursary to study A-levels.
This will allow her to fully embrace music as the scholarship provides a certain number of free instrument lessons and some money to spend on music related activities.
Lois comes from a family of musicians, and she said, “I am thrilled at this opportunity and am really looking forward to joining Bedales. There is a 3-day induction after GCSEs where I’ll get to meet fellow students.”
Head of Music Samantha Wood said, “Lois has done exceptionally well and is an extraordinary musician.”
